Harlow is a beautiful tortie!  Harlow story begins when she was found in a dumpster, a friend of an A.R.F. volunteer called for help.  Within 24 hours it was like nothing happened and she was happy to be in a home and on a lap.  Harlow is totally vetted (spayed, chipped, rabies and combo vaccines, tested NEG for Felv and FIV)  She is so sweet, smart and loves everyone.  Harlow actually looks into your eyes as if she understand what your thinking - she is a very special and lucky little tortie!  She will make a great addition to any home.  She is very people and critter social.  Please complete an online application.
