Update:  We are happy to see that Zues was adopted after almost three months and wish him and his new family the very best!

Zues is a sweet muscular dog.  It's hard to see that from outside his kennel door with neighboring dogs barking, but once you get him outside of the kennel, you'll see him shine.  We had him out at one of our events last month, and he was very happy and well-mannered.  Zues likes to give kisses and his big head can be intimidating, but once you get to know him, you see he's a softie inside.  Zues is a strong energetic dog, so he needs an experienced dog owner.  He knows how to "sit" and listened while riding shotgun, even though he was super excited.  We are told Zues likes to run around and explore the play yard.

Zues looks like a pit bull, and also a boxer, and maybe even part mastiff.  In any case, Zues is now 100% rescue dog-to-be!  Zues is neutered, current on his vaccines, heartworm negative and micro-chipped.  Zues' adoption fee was FREE in January, and now will range from FREE to $60 at most.  Zues is not in our care so please do not call or e-mail A.R.F. about Zues.  He is at our county shelter at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach, and has been there since 12/19/2021.  Zues is known by his ID#A2039698.  You can call (561) 233-1200 for more information.
