Kimba is an impressively large, handsome boy and is a ticked tabby, which means he's not full of stripes.  Kimba is a smart boy and can open doors.  Kimba was adopted from the county shelter at age one where he passed their strict behavioral tests.  His new owner had his front toes declawed, and then seven months later had his back toes declawed.  A few months later, his owner no longer wanted him and her vet's office manager thought it was a shame to euthanize such a young and healthy cat, so she called A.R.F.  Kimba's foster has seen Kimba's sweet, affectionate side. He jumps into bed at night and sleeps curled up. This big boy is also very playful.  He loves to jump from the counter to the 8 foot entertainment center and then broadjump off like an Olympian athlete.
