Baby Ray came from a high-kill shelter with his mommy and his brother and sister. He was born in around Christmas eve. He was fostered with an A.R.F. volunteer in the volunteer's home with his mom and siblings since he was just a small kitten so he is very friendly. He is very friendly, very active, and very playful.
