Noelle is a petite, super friendly, playful little girl.  She loves people, children, other cats and would especially love a permanent home.  She is very sweet and easy and will adjust very quickly to a new situation.  You may notice Noelle's birthday is the day before Christmas.  She was also returned to a shelter on that day a year later.  Lucky Noelle made it out of a shelter twice.  Please help her to find her permanent home, which she so deserves.
