Oscar is one of the sweetest most laid-back cat you'll ever meet.  He loves to lay on his back on your lap.  He was rescued from the county shelter with his eyes only open a slit. Oscar had a lot of supporters to help save him, and to help pay for his eye surgery, and A.R.F. sincerely thanks all for their support.  He now has terrific looking eyes and great vision after two surgeries. His face is shaved in the picture. The fourth picture is what he looked like when rescued.

Oscar has been fostered with three big dogs and thinks he's one of them.
