Damien is a sweet old gentle boy who loves everyone.  His owner died recently leaving him without a home.  A nice woman has taken him in for now, but cannot take him to TX with her when she moves.  She now has a closing date of Jan. 11th, so he needs his home real soon! 
Damien is always calm. Children can pat and hug him and he just stands still. He lived with two cats, and on walks he ignores cats seen along the way.  Damien responds to commands such as: come, sit, stay, and gentle. He walks on a leash and never strains. He really is a perfect dog, except Damien has separation anxiety and does not like to be left alone in the house. When Damien was boarded in a home with other dogs in the house he did not exhibit any anxiety when the humans left. So he probably will do well with other dogs in the home.
