Honey is just that, sweet as honey!  She got her name because of her wonderful personality.  Honey has an allergy to mosquitos, so this lucky girl must have known she needed to follow the van that released her and other cats outside after they were examined by vets at our county shelter as part of the TNR (trap/neuter/release) program.  (Honey was already spayed so likely had a home before her rough time outside.)  The cat releasers did not have the heart to leave Honey outside after she followed the van as they were departing.  She then needed rescue merely due to her appearance.  Honey's sore nose has healed and this shocking photo is her intake photo.  It will just take a little time for the hair to regrow on her nose.  Pls. visit Honey at the PetSuppliesPlus store in Delray Beach, east of I-95 on the south side of Linton Blvd.  She'll be a wonderful addition to your home and is good with cats too!  She'll also be grateful to whomever takes her in as she knows it's rough out in the Great Florida Outdoors when you're a cat!
