Frankie is a super cute boy with an adorable face.  He was taken to our county shelter as a stray, and had been there a month when an A.R.F. volunteer decided to take him to an adoption event where he was quickly adored.  Frankie is a bit rowdy, but that didn't deter his loving new owner from adopting him!  She said the two senior cats in the home are rowdy too, so he'll fit right in.  We wish them all the best!
