Harley is a very sweet all around great dog who loves everyone, even cats.  He had been waiting at our county shelter for about a month when he was selected by an A.R.F. volunteer for an event (Paws on the Mall).  He was adopted that day by a wonderful family that did not mind that he is heartworm positive.  Thanks to the Healing Hearts program, Harley's treatment is completely covered and soon he'll be well again.  We wish him a great recovery and know that he'll have a great life with his four adult family members (one who is a runner) and two 12 year old boys.  What more could an awesome dog want?!  You go Harley!
