Update:  Prima charmed a Board member (and her beau especially) who had been fostering her, so much that they could not imagine not adopting her!  Prima is happily in her forever home.  We wish them all the best!

Prima is originally from Puerto Rico, and flew into Florida to Miami.  Her rescuer passed away unexpectedly and another kind woman took the great task of working on rehoming ALL of the remaining animals in the rescue.  (The family member getting the property of the shelter wanted to have all remaining animals euthanized, but fortunately an animal-loving judge has given time for the animals to be saved!)  An A.R.F. volunteer wanted to honor the rescuer's memory by rescuing some of the cats.  Please consider adding Prima to your home.  Call (561) 784-4792 for more information or to arrange to meet her.
