Pepper is a sweet happy guy.  He was rescued by an A.R.F. volunteer after roughing it on his own trying his best to find or catch food.  Pepper is very sweet and playful, and loves attention. He will snuggle up to you on the sofa.  His favorite toy is the fishing pole with the feathers on the end or just string!
