Shelbi is a petite little girl (9 lbs.). She was just a shell of a cat when an A.R.F. volunteer saw her on the Urgent Rescue at our county shelter, and took pity on her. Shelbi was not thriving outside on her own as a trap/neuter/vaccinate/release (TVNR) cat. She was slowly starving to death and had a bad kitty cold. Shelbi is doing much better now. She has gained some weight and is no longer a shell of herself. Shelbi is very loving and affectionate. Shelbi needs a home with no young children. She loves to play and is active and a fun and happy cat. She is a lap cat and purrs as soon as she sees you. She is better as an only cat and getting all the attention. Shelbi is an easy-going quiet cat. Please consider adding her to your family! Her foster mom and her vet think she is likely a younger cat of about three years. Her age was just a guess by a vet that saw her at the shelter.
