Teddy is a super sweet boy who was abandoned at a Petsmart parking lot. He was rescued and fostered by an A.R.F. volunteer. Even though he tested positive for FIV, his terrific new owner knew he could still live a full life, and adopted this handsome guy! We wish them all the best!
