Jack walked up to a volunteer's house and he was scared to be outside. The volunteer took him in and brought him to a vet. He was very thin and was not meant for the great outdoors. His tested positive for FIV (which means he has a weakened immune system). He was likely attacked by a FIV+ cat outside and was exposed. Proper care and a healthy lifestyle is required and he will live a long life! Jack is as sweet as they come. He is a wonderful companion to his fosters and loves to lay with you and cuddle. He is a very loyal cat. Jack loves to play periodically with balls and toys. He is a wonderful boy who will make somebody a great friend. Jack is ok with other cats. He likes to do his own thing, but he does not bother the others in his foster home. There would need to be an exchange of his blood into their blood to spread the FIV and Jack is a lover not a fighter!
