Fila was recently returned to A.R.F. because her owner is going into an assisted living home and cannot take her and her companion Wilson along.  Fila is such a sweet, friendly, full-figured girl that LOVES to cuddle...it feels like you are cuddling a teddy bear! She goes by the name Velvet, and comes when she's called and is a good girl and responds to "no" and "ah uh."
