Harley is an adorable puppy who is full of energy and loves to play.  He has a pending Adoption Application that will likely be complete at the end of a medical quarentine period and when the neuter is complete but you are welcome to complete an Adoption Application on-line although we are warning you that he DOES HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION.  If for some reason the adoption does not go through we will consider all other applications.
