CiCi was abandoned at a local high kill shelter with 3 puppies. Her puppies were adopted but she was diagnosed with heartworms which made her unadoptable. She was a shelter favorite and they asked ARF to save her. She is extremely sweet and well behaved. She has just received treatment for the heartworms. She is looking for a loving, forever home.
