Oscar is a handsome, charming guy. He is mellow and affectionate. He is ok around cats and it seems he would like a cat pal as he plays with several young ones in his foster home. Oscar does need a cat savy owner as he does best when he realizes he's not the boss. Unfortunately, a past owner had him declawed, but some how he's still a happy, good cat. He does take a pill daily, but he's worth it!
