Jasmine
Thank you for placing this absolutely adorable animal in my home! Zira (formerly Jasmine, 8 months) and Bocephus (12 years). We are all getting along famously and loving life! 1/26/19
Julius
Thank you Leisa! ARF is a Godsend ... for both the family and for Julius,
our newest member! :) When we first got Julius home, we thought, "what a
strange cat: he doesn't nap at all during the day; he 'ducks' when we try
to pet him; he has an eye injury that went untreated by previous owners;
his 'meower' is broken (and he only makes small sounds); he NEVER goes on the
counters or tables?? and he doesn't have the spirit to challenge or be
challenged by our previous rescue, Fletcher. NOW, we know his odd behavior
was that of an abused animal. He is now fully spirited and naps most of the
day as most kitties do--since he has nothing to fear. :) It took a few
months for him to come around, but he and Fletcher now spar, swat, and even
love one another. He's on the counters and tables all the time, and doesn't
listen at all when we ask him to behave. :) He and Fletcher are pals and
look out for one another... pretty cool!!! Julius' tattoo is a constant
reminder that we might never have had the opportunity to enrich one
another's lives. We adore him and are so blessed to have come together with Leisa
and ARF! Thank you and God Bless
Joey/ Duke
Hi there, Duke (joey) is doing so well!!! He is really loving our home, which makes
us very happy. The first day and a half was hard for Lola, she wanted Duke to know
that she was the BOSS!!!!
Duke is so good, he goes straight to the door if he needs to go out, he has had 1
"accident" in the house. He plays so well with the kids and is very affectionate. We
are working on walking Duke, or shall I say him trying to walk us!!!.
I am attaching the 1st picture we took with him the day he arrived, I have to take
some new ones since he has already gained some weight... If at any time you would
like to come and see Duke , please let me know.
thank you so much for this wonderful family opportunity:)
